What this policy covers
Editorial content includes tool how-to guides, topic/workflow guides, and explanatory copy on tool pages (intros, FAQs, usage guides). It does not replace contractual terms or full data-processing details — those stay in the legal policies linked below.
Who writes and reviews
Guides are written and reviewed by the Itqan product team, based in Amman, Jordan, against how tools actually work on the site. The same standard as About applies: tools should work as expected, and articles describe what is really available. We do not publish scraped third-party pages or machine-spun articles without human review against the product.
Accuracy and product match
Each tool guide must match the live UI, supported formats, size limits, and safety notes shown on the tool page. Topic guides and workflows describe multi-tool sequences without inventing features we do not offer. When free vs paid limits differ, we point to the tool page or Pricing instead of vague promises.
- We do not claim absolute speeds or accuracy percentages the product cannot guarantee.
- We prefer practical, actionable steps over marketing filler.
- When a tool UI changes materially, we update the related guide when applicable.
Privacy and files in editorial content
Any mention of privacy or files in the blog or on tool pages aligns with Privacy, Security, the Terms, and Help: uploaded files are processed temporarily only to complete your request; we do not keep file contents as a permanent archive, sell them, or use them to train advertising models. Connections use TLS/SSL in transit, and temporary copies are deleted automatically after a short period sufficient for processing and download. The legal baseline for the platform is Jordanian law as in the Terms and Privacy Policy; articles do not replace those pages or change the chosen law.
AI: editorial drafting vs tool outputs
We distinguish two cases, consistent with Security:
- Guide drafting: assistive tools may help with structure or language polish; drafts are then human-reviewed against the tool UI and limits before publishing.
- AI-powered tool outputs (e.g. PDF summarize/translate, headlines, logos, problem explanations, OCR, background removal): processing is temporary for that request only and may use Itqan servers and/or model providers when enabled. Results are approximate; users must review sensitive outputs before relying on them. Uploads are not used to train advertising models.
Ads and cookies in content
The site may show Google AdSense ads. Any editorial mention of ads or tracking technologies aligns with Privacy and Cookies: consent banner, Google Consent Mode v2, and the ability to change preferences later. Editorial content never asks you to disable protection or skip consent just to “unlock” a guide.
Languages and updates
Guides are usually published in Arabic and English. We aim for equivalent meaning across versions while allowing natural phrasing differences. On legal pages (Terms, Privacy, Security) the Arabic text is the reference if versions conflict, to the extent the law allows. Articles may be updated when the product changes or a material error is fixed, with the modified date updated when applicable.
