Itqan services include all digital tools available on the website, organized as follows:

• Core PDF tools: merge, split, compress, crop, organize, page numbers, delete pages, rotate, edit, OCR, protect, unlock, and sign PDF files
• File conversion: convert between PDF and Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and JPG (both directions)
• Audio & image tools: audio conversion, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, noise reduction, extract audio from video, audio editor and analyzer, image conversion and compression, and watermarks
• Office tools: AI science problem solver, calculators and converters (scientific, currency, numbers, dates, age), text tools (word counter, case converter, headlines, text toolkit, translator), and security tools (password generator, encode/decode)
• Additional digital tools: logo generator, QR tools, JSON editor, unit converter, and finance & document tools (percentage, VAT, invoices, CV builder, receipt vouchers, loans, interest)
• Any additional services we add to the platform later

Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload illegal or abusive content
• Not attempt to hack or misuse servers and systems
• Not upload or share others’ sensitive files without permission

Files & Content

• Auto deletion: Files are automatically deleted immediately after processing is complete.
• No permanent storage: We do not keep permanent backups of your file contents.
• Prohibited files: We may refuse to process files that contain malware or illegal content.

AI-assisted features

Some tools generate summaries, translations, headlines, logos, explanations, or similar outputs using automated models. Those outputs are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or incorrect. Limitation of Liability

No liability for:

• Loss of data or files
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from using the service
• Temporary technical errors or outages
• Downtime due to reasons beyond our control
