You can use most tools right away without an account. Registration is optional and useful if you want to save preferences or access extra features later.

The free plan gives access to most tools with reasonable limits. Paid plans increase file size, number of operations, processing speed, and sometimes advanced features like batch processing.

We use your files only to complete the requested action. We do not keep them for archiving or marketing, and they are deleted automatically shortly after processing finishes.

Files stay on the server only long enough to process and let you download the result, then they are deleted automatically. We do not keep them for extended periods.

We use TLS/SSL encryption to protect data in transit and follow recognized security practices while files are processed temporarily.

Each tool supports specific formats. Check the tool page or category hubs (PDF, Images, Audio, Calculators, Text) for supported types and limits.

Each tool shows its file size limit on its page. The free plan has lower limits; paid plans allow larger files.

Common causes: file larger than the allowed limit, unsupported format, corrupted or password-protected file, or a weak internet connection during upload.

We aim to preserve the best quality possible. Converting PDF to Word or back may slightly change layout depending on how complex the original document is.

Most tools are responsive and work on phones and tablets. Some heavy operations may be faster on a desktop.

Itqan is fully web-based. No app or plugin is required. Open the site, pick a tool, and start.

Itqan needs internet because processing happens on our servers. Simple calculators and text converters may partially work without uploading files.

Itqan is available in several languages, including Arabic and English. Many tools—such as OCR and PDF—support multilingual text.
