Delete your Itqan account

This page applies to the Itqan Tools website (itqantools.com) and the Itqan Tools Android app. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

1. From the Android app

Open the app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

2. From the website

Sign in at itqantools.com.
Open Account settings.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

3. By email (if you can’t sign in)

Email support.itqantools@gmail.com from the address registered on the account with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, photo), settings and saved sign-in sessions.
Usage history and account activity logs.
Remaining account data is erased within 30 days.

What may be kept

Limited billing and invoice records where the law requires it.
Security logs for up to 90 days.
Files you saved on your phone stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.

Google Play subscription: deleting your Itqan account does not cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play. Cancel it first in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
